Do you guys ship Internationally?

Bustin offers international shipping to most countries. UPS ground to Canada is a flat $30 and most other nations can be reached via USPS for $60. NOTE: Some countries, including Australia, New Zealand, and Brazil are $85. A shipping quote is provided upon checkout and if the issue is still not resolved, please contact us at skate@bustinboards.com.

It is important to note however, that Bustin Boards will NOT cover import fees, duty taxes, or any other fees incurred for international shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to contact their postal provider to find out what type of taxes and fees you may be charged.


What if I don’t like my board? Can I return it?

Returns are made on an individual basis, and are only accepted within extreme circumstances such as manufacturer defects. Because of the custom nature of our production process, we cannot offer a classic "no questions asked return policy"; we're sure you understand. Please contact us with any issues regarding your new board BEFORE riding it. We WILL NOT accept returns or exchanges of any kind after the board has been ridden except in the case of a structural defect.


How do you print your boards?

Each of our custom boards is silk screened by hand in the Bustin studio by an individual artist. This means that no two boards will ever be alike, as the styles, techniques and materials used by each of the artists will differ from board to board. Because each board is printed by hand, expect your board to have minor imperfections, defining the character and individuality of your board. If you are looking for a computer printed graphic and photo quality imagery, please check out our Limited Edition boards.


What kind of setup would you recommend?

At this point, we’ve become a well established brand that a simple Google search will provide plenty of different reviews on every setup that we offer. We also have a review section on our site where we post customer reviews on each of our boards. Please do your research before ordering! That being said, we’re here to provide some guidance and help you with your purchase. Please visit our Compare Page for side-by-side comparisons on all the products we offer.


How long before my order ships?

Accurate shipping estimates are always displayed at the top of the design page (and generally range from 5 – 8 business days). If you have any questions regarding when your order will ship, please contact us before placing your order.


My order status says “pending.” Is everything okay?

Yes, everything is fine. Our shopping cart software sets the default status of an order as “pending.” An email with tracking information will be sent once your board ships.


Can I get a tracking number for my order?

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your board ships.


Do you guys have a store? Can I come visit?

We don’t have a store front, but you’re always welcome to come visit our factory in Hoboken, NJ. Just contact us to set up a time.


Wait, you guys are in Hoboken? I thought you were in NYC? What gives?!

Ah yes, the eternal debate. NY vs. NJ. The abridged Bustin history: started in a barn in Maryland, pursued in a college dorm in upstate New York and then taken to the next level in a small space in Manhattan. After running out of space and money (Manhattan rent ain’t cheap!), the perfect Bustin pad was found just a few minutes away in Hoboken, NJ, overlooking midtown Manhattan. Trust us, when you see the space (and the view), you’ll agree it was the best move we ever made.


Can I get a discount?

Nope, sorry. (just kidding…kinda) We do not have factory seconds laying around and we can’t give you a free board just because you like us (Thanks for that by the way!), We occasionally offer sales on misprints and blems, so check the homepage for the latest. Discounts are available for bulk orders of four or more boards. For more information, please contact us.


Is it true you guys throw sick parties?

Yes. Yes it is. Everything you’ve heard is true.


I’m working on a school project. Will you help me?

Maybe. Depends what you need. Contact us and we’ll try our best to help.


Do you guys offer full custom graphics?

Sometimes. Send us your ideas, along with images and we’ll get back to you on the project’s feasibility and a rough cost estimate. Custom graphics start at $50/color, however are dependent on the complexity of the graphic. Prices may change and quotes are all done on an individual basis.


I heard you had a rep program? How do I get involved?

Unfortunately the rep program has been discontinued indefinitely. We simply don’t have the time to manage it anymore. We’re hoping to reinstate the program at some point in the future, but this project is very much on the back burner. All we ask is that our happy customers help spread the Bustin word.

To all of the original reps: thank you. We’ve grown substantially over the past few years and we never could have done it without your support. Whether it was dishing out those business cards to all of your friends, or simply referring someone to a site, we owe our success to you.


I heard Matt had a mullet. Is that true? Where did it go?

Yes, Matt used to have a mullet. No one actually knows what happened to it; Matt simply showed up one day looking like a young school boy. Any information leading to the location of Matt’s mullet (and manhood) will be rewarded handsomely.

Do you have any dealers? Can I test ride one of your boards?

We’ve recently entered the wholesale game and our boards are currently being exclusively distributed by Eastern Skate Supply. Stores have started ordering our boards, so you should start seeing them on the shelves over the next few weeks. If your local shop doesn’t have a Bustin, you can ask them to order one through Eastern and it should arrive within a few days. All of our boards can also be test ridden at our factory. Please contact us to schedule a test ride.


How do I carry your boards in my store?

Our boards are distributed exclusively through Eastern Skate Supply of Wilmington, NC. Details of our wholesale program can be found by contacting us or by contacting Eastern Skate Supply directly.
