My order status says "pending." Is everything okay? Yes, everything is fine. Our shopping cart software sets the default status of an order as "pending." An email with tracking information will be sent once your board ships. 3. Do you guys offer full custom graphics? Sometimes. Send us your ideas, along with images and we'll get back to you on the project's feasibility and a rough cost estimate. Custom graphics start at $50/color, however are dependent on the complexity of the graphic. Prices may change and quotes are all done on an individual basis.
